Responsibilities
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries. Counsel students regarding digital marketing courses and career opportunities. Explain course structure, fees, certifications, and placement support. Follow up with leads and maintain admission records. Convert inquiries into enrollments/admissions. Coordinate with trainers and marketing teams for seminars/webinars. Maintain CRM and daily counseling reports. Support students throughout the admission process.
